Instant Pot Expands Its Market With New Instant Pot Smoker

WATERBURY – Big news for Vermont this week as Instant Brands, the company behind the popular appliance Instant Pot, has announced a new factory to be built in Middlebury that will make its newest kitchen gadget, an instant smoker. The smoker, which will come in three sizes, will be able to smoke meat in less than one hour, according to the company’s website.

“We’re thrilled to announce the newest addition to our Instant Pot family of products,” said company spokesperson Penny Flash. “Customers know and trust the Instant Pot, and they will equally love the Instant Pot Smoker! And what better place to create Instant Pot Smokers than Vermont.”

Vermont recently passed new laws that, according to Flash, have been instrumental in paving the way for the creation of thousands of Instant Pot Smokers in the state. “If you’re interested in smoking, Vermont’s the place to be!”
